Preserving traditional knowledge in the Southwest depends on strong networks and cultural asset development. We support learning exchanges for artists and practitioners to share techniques, stories, and history within community. We also assist heritage artists in gaining access to both local and national art and artisan marketplaces.

SFA partnered with the Tohono O’odham Cultural Center and Museum to develop a public program giving traditional potters a platform to share their work with the public.
